Everyone at the office from front desk to the assistance to the doctor, they were all amazing. They took the time to explain what I needed, what’s a priority, and what’s covered. I love the fact that they care about finances and do what they can to take care of you the best way possible. On a final note, Hope was absolutely amazing and she was the highlight of my day so I appreciate her very much.

I never thought I’d say this, but I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist and it’s all thanks to this incredible office and their amazing team. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff sets the tone with warmth and professionalism. Ashley, especially, is always on top of everything, welcoming, efficient, and makes checking in a breeze. During my most recent visit on 09/08/2025, I had a root canal, a tooth implant (which they impressively printed in-office within minutes thanks to their cutting-edge technology!), and my usual teeth cleaning. What could’ve been a stressful experience was actually smooth, comfortable, and honestly fascinating. I’m always learning something new about my teeth every time I visit. A special thank you to [Dr. McDougal], who performed my implant. He was not only kind and calming, but also extremely insightful. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely made me feel confident and informed. I learned so much from him during that visit — you can really tell he cares about both his patients and his craft. A huge shoutout to [Elizabeth and Jessica] who consistently go above and beyond! (Even going above and beyond to lend me a blanket while I got my cleaning.) Jessica is thorough, kind, and makes every visit feel personal. And [Elizabeth] — what a star! She’s young, knowledgeable, and already has the presence and expertise of someone well beyond her years. I truly hope to see her in a white coat one day! The entire staff is comforting, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They’ve turned what used to be an anxiety-inducing chore into something I actually look forward to. Your smile is absolutely worth the investment — and with this team, you’re in the best hands.
